Celtic Cross in St Davids Pembrokeshire

Ty Gwilym Cottages were all built in the 18^th century. Initially a farm - the buildings still retain much of their original charm.
The cottages have all recently been renovated to a very high specification, and benefit from a delightful sunny garden, which overlooks the cathedral and surrounding countryside.

Situated in the heart of St. David’s and with immediate access to the local shops, restaurants and pub, Ty Gwilym cottages make an ideal base for your stay in the Pembrokeshire National Park. With a population of only 1,500 people, St. David’s is the smallest city in Great Britain. It is, in reality, a village but, with its medieval Cathedral, Bishops Palace and myriad of old stone cottages, one that has a wonderfully unique ambience.

The cottages are also ideally situated for those who want to make the most of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Guests can walk to the coastal path within ten minutes and Caerfai beach and Porthclais harbour are both within easy walking distance.

Similarly, the blue flag beach of Whitesands is a 5 minute drive away (or a 30 minute walk for the more energetic visitor!).
