Cottages are available to let from Saturday to Saturday all year. Short breaks are available out of season, with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s week.

Cottages are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Please be ready to vacate the cottage by 10 am on the day of departure

Telephone or e-mail bookings may be taken to provisionally book your cottage. In order to confirm the reservation, written confirmation is required within 7 working days, together with a non-refundable deposit of £50 for each week booked. Full payment is required 8 weeks before the holiday start date. Payment should be made by cheque, made payable to ‘E. Taylor’

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge of £10 per dog per week. However, they must not be left unattended at the cottages at any time.

Bed linen and tea towels are supplied. Additional towels can be provided at a charge of £10 per person per week. Cot linen is not supplied.

It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover the event of cancellation. Refunds will not be payable after 8 weeks before the intended holiday, unless the cottage is successfully re-let.

The owners do not accept liability for any personal injury or theft during the period of your stay.

If for any reason a cottage is not available on the day, a full refund will be provided without question. However, the liability of owner to hirer will not exceed the cottage rental fee.

The hirer is responsible for any breakages and/or damages to the property that may occur during the holiday and is obliged to keep the property in good condition.

Any complaint should be made directly to the owner immediately the cause of the complaint arises so that any problem can swiftly be addressed. Complaints made after the holiday cannot be rectified.

The owner retains right of access.
