Over the last few months COVID-19 has changed the way we live our lives... and our holiday cottages are no different.
We have always had a reputation for running holiday cottages that are 'spotlessly clean'; however, the coronavirus risk means that we need to raise the bar even further and so we will be introducing some changes, which we hope will keep everyone safe... our customers, our wonderful team who look after the cottages and the residents of St Davids.
The changes that we have introduced are set out below and do please 'Contact Us' if you have any questions or concerns... or would like to provide us with any feedback.
We have carried out a risk assessment and this has informed our approach to cleaning and our Customer Charter.
Customer Charter and Health Question
We will ask every customer to read our Customer Charter, which will include a question about your health and coronavirus symptoms.
We have introduced a new Cleaning Programme, which will keep people as safe as possible.
Good to Go Scheme
We have registered with the Government's 'Good to Go' scheme, which sets minimum standards for health and safety in the current environment, based on self certification and inspection checks.
We very much hope that the action we have taken will provide you with the reassurance you need when you stay in our cottages. We would very much welcome any thoughts you have about our approach.
