Cottage Rules
These Cottage Rules form part of the Booking Terms and apply to your Booking.
Please ensure that you and all members of your Booking Party (and any day visitors) comply with them throughout your stay.:
- You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party including those under the age of 18 at all times.
- Please respect the other staying guests and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
- Pets are not permitted
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted in the Property.
- Whilst reasonable numbers of visiting guests are allowed with prior written permission, additional overnight guests are not. The cottage occupancy limits are clear on the website. This could invalidate our insurance.
- Fire risks including candles, firepits, fireworks, lanterns are not permitted at the Property.
- Drone and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without written permission.
- You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters. (Geniepoint' charging stations in the two main St Davids Car Parks.)
- Under no circumstances are you to bring electrical appliances to Ty Gwilym Holiday Cottages, other than laptops and phone chargers, without explicit written permission. This includes air conditioning units. Guest appliances have not been PAT tested and could invalidate our insurance.
